Canon PG-240/240XL/240XXL & CL-241/241XL

canon-ink-cartridges.jpgCanon printers are slick in design and inexpensive to buy, but come at a high cost to maintain. The new Canon PIXMA MG and MX series each use a set of two ink cartridges: the PG-240 (black) and CL-241 (color). Similar to other models which use sets of two ink cartridges, the latest model offers ink cartridges in XL (black and color) and XXL (black only).

Canon Remanufactured ink cartridges are available in all three sizes: PG-240/CL-241, PG-240XL/CL-241XL, and PG-240XXL. Compared to the genuine Canon (OEM) ink cartridges, Remanufactured ink cartridges for this Canon series provide both superb quality and matched page yield each time.

Models using the PG240/CL-241 are: PIXMA MG2120, PIXMA MG2220, PIXMA MG3120, PIXMA MG3122, PIXMA MG3220, PIXMA MG4120, and PIXMA MG4220. For these models, the Remanufactured ink cartridges seem to perform well and are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

Models with fax functions, such as: PIXMA MX392, PIXMA MX432, PIXMA MX439, PIXMA MX452, PIXMA MX512, and PIXMA MX522 also use PG-240/CL-241, PG-240XL/CL-241XL, and PG-240XXL, but ink cartridges are detected as empty or low ink level when they are, in fact, full. Due to advanced Canon feature programing, printers with fax functions will not recognize Remanufactured ink cartridges, leaving customers with no choice but to purchase Canon genuine ink cartridges at full price.
