Troubleshooting in HP printers and Cartridges

I’ll talk about troubleshooting HP printers and Inkjet Cartridges today. Good thing about HP products is that they can be identified and solved quickly. Just a few clicks here and there, and some work with hardware, and the problem would be solved.

Many a time, a user is unable to find the correct printer driver. This usually happens when he has installed a new operating system. Operating systems recognize all sorts of printers and then install the required drivers. But there are some systems which fail to recognize the printer. In that case, the user will have to download the requisite driver. If a user downloads the wrong driver or is unable to locate the driver, the printer will fail to print. You will need patience to troubleshoot this problem. You could need to search online for the driver. Search a driver with respect to the brand and model of the printer. You will be able to find it easily.

You could face a scenario when your HP Printer just refuses to print. You get an error message when you try to print or press the print button. This happens when the printer cable is not properly connected to the PC and the power source. You also need to check the printer settings on your computer.

Users also have to take care of faded ink problem. The HP Inkjet Cartridges might still be partially full and yet the printout is not very clear. In this case, the problem lies with the head of the HP ink cartridge. It must be clogged with dry ink or dust. Clean the head of the printer to sort out this problem.

Jamming of paper is also a common problem. This is due to the machine construction and the rollers. While removing the paper, always the pull it as per the normal path of printing. If you pull it backwards, you might just damage the printer.
