When you own a printer, you’re bound to experience some problems with it, especially with the printer cartridge. Do not worry though because these common problems can easily be solved through some troubleshooting and a few fixes. Just to give you an idea, here are two of the most common printer cartridge problems.
- Ink Cartridge Not Recognized
This is a very common problem that printer owners encounter while using their printers. This is quite common with Epson printer cartridges and even HP Deskjet 3510 cartridges. The thing about certain printers is that they can actually detect which printer cartridges are compatible or not – especially the Epson printers. That’s why it’s imperative that you’re very particular with what model of printer you’re using. For instance, if you’re using an HP Deskjet 3510 printer, you must only buy HP Deskjet 3510 ink cartridge.
- Printed Material Has White Lines
This is a very common problem that printer owners would usually experience when they’re printing out pictures. There are a lot of white lines and sometimes missing parts in the picture. The usual cause of this is a clog in the print head. The best way to deal with this problem is to clean the print head. Another possible cause of this problem would be insufficient ink. Take note that if you don’t have enough ink, refill immediately as printing with almost no ink levels may damage the printer.
