A cartridge is a very delicate component of any printer. It needs to handled and inserted carefully in the printer. A set of certain steps are important to follow while removing the old cartridge and placing the new cartridge into the printer. These certain steps can be:-

• Make the new cartridge ready with yourself to replace the empty one.
• Open the printer from the top; some printer provides you the access to the cartridge.
• Turn off your printer after accessing the cartridge.
• Turn or lift the key that holds the cartridge in the right place
• Take out the empty cartridge and recycle it.
• Install the new piece of cartridge and make sure to place it on the right place with the help of key that holds the cartridge in the printer.
• Close the lid of the printer and turn it on.
• Now, test the printer to know it is working properly

If you are still not able to take the print out then check the placement of the cartridge; see if it is inserted on the right place or not. Now enjoy the smooth printing.
