Avoid unnecessary pages: – This particularly happens when you print pages from World Wide Web. Without getting aware of actual numbers of pages, you end up printing lots of irrelevant content and images. Logos, links, pics and many more that have nothing to do for you. To avoid such possibility, always check out the print preview. Use programs that detect the extra pages of your print and allow you to modify or edit any document before getting its printed version.

Don’t replace when ink is low: – When your printer warns that your Inkjet Cartridge is running out of ink, do not replace it. Instead; take it out, sway it and reinsert. This actually helps to move the last quantity of ink throughout your cartridge. And, it helps you to print additional pages. During urgent situations, such a practice is truly a blessing.

Get rid of turn on-turn off: – Don’t turn your printer off and on in a regular basis. If you have to print with pause, keep it on. Furthermore, do not turn off your printer while in use. It reduces the efficiency of your printer

If it’s black and white, turn it so: – Make sure to switch your printer into black and white mode when printing a black and white copy. Also, adjust the color pattern and color combination depending on the depth of your copy.
